Employees are the one who makes the success of a business possible. A good employee should have the desire of helping a business flourish and to have that pride to their selves that they've been a part of that success.

There should always be a respect of the employee for the boss and this will be the boss responsibility how his workers will be able to develop this. He must be able to be of a good character person, be a good leader then the respect of his workers will soon follow.

Passion...
Undeniable most employee work for money but take note a good employee work because of their job, they simply have passion for it. Passion for the job is what should be seen even during the interview. If you as a manager will be able to build a team of passionate workers then obviously your business is near to its success and of course the team will possibly reach more than what is being projected.
Social Skills...
The type of job a person is into doesn't matter when it comes to interacting with others. There are jobs which require this more often. Someone who loves to apply this will unquestionably be a good employee compared to those who neglects it.
An employee must be able to build a better relationship with other people regardless who they are and if they were able to do so they will certainly become the asset of the business.
Working Preference...
Of course a good employee must be at the same time a good team member and a good team leader. They must be able to learn how to act in each situation.
Organize...
This pertains to an employees' itself, he must be able to manage time, he must be able to know what work he must prioritize first and one more thing he must also be able to estimate how long it will take him to finish a certain work.
Before choosing and hiring a new employee you must be able to see the said factors to be able to see a pleasing result. It will also be advisable to assessment you current employees just to check who must stay and those who must go find another job.

Competition for employment is now at its high level specially every end of the school year.
